Reduce your Stress in Five Minutes – with an EFT Workshop

Earlier this year I was contacted by Lauren Malone, who runs Lemon Tree Coaching and Development. She asked me to run an EFT workshop. Lauren is author of the book “The Expecting Entrepreneur: Growing your business while growing your baby” (purchase your copy here) and is a certified master practitioner in NLP coaching and hypnosis. She’s also a fellow Forest of Dean therapist, which I love! There are so many amazing people in our small part of the world.

The Bubble Membership Group for Female Entrepreneurs

At the beginning of 2021, Lauren opened the doors to her membership group, The Bubble. The bubble is a place for female entrepreneurs to master their mindset and grow their business. Within the group, Lauren supports her members with tonnes of value. Some of the benefits of membership include:

Live Guest Expert Workshops

It was running one of the monthly live guest expert workshops that Lauren asked me to host. Previous workshops have included goal setting, identifying your dream client, using Canva for marketing, using video confidently and selling with ease. And Lauren wanted her members to learn some basic EFT techniques; which is why she contacted me.

EFT is my ‘go to’ technique for all my clients. No matter what life is bringing to you, EFT helps to reduce stress, anxiety and overwhelm, you can use it to resolve limiting beliefs and to instil more resourceful and resilient ways of being.

EFT for entrepreneurs

I understand that being an entrepreneur is exciting and rewarding.

And it’s really tough sometimes too.

There is a never-ending To Do list. Not to mention all those confidence-sucking scenarios you face on a day-to-day basis. Limiting beliefs are a big deal and stress can be huge; particularly in the early days.

Some of the scenarios members of Lauren’s group find themselves with include undercharging for work, procrastinating about product launches or not having the confidence to tell people about what they do. Maybe you can relate!

EFT reduces stress in minutes!

Fortunately EFT is a valuable tool that can help with all these situations. It’s a simple, effective and safe technique where you can experience profound changes in your emotional wellbeing within a matter of minutes. And once learned, you can use every day for the rest of your life. Oh, and did I mention that it’s so simple, you can teach it to your kids?

We met on a sunny afternoon in March and an hour and a half whizzed by on Zoom as everyone learned about EFT – one of my favourite tools in the toolkit. It was fun and rewarding too. We worked on the issue of having too much to do. You know that one, right? When you feel there aren’t enough hours in the day, you’re juggling too many plates and you’re wondering how you’ll ever get things done.

With participant’s intensity of stress around this issue around a 7 or 8 out of 10, within about five minutes, everyone agreed their stress had significantly reduced to 2 or 3.

That was within just five minutes, so imagine what you can do if you tap for longer?!
